I wanted to give a shoutout to Janae. From the moment I walked in the building + drivethru was overwhelming. But she remained composed and focused keeping the team in check. At the handoff area she made sure the guest got everything they needed and smiled and thanked them genuinely. My order was everything I asked for. 100% accurate customizations and all.
