Hello GOOGLE lovers, and I say that as a fellow GOOGLE reviewer. Let me set the scene and describe what only can be visualized best in person. Why is that?Because, you can’t smell freshness through a read but you can indeed in this Subway. I have never been to a Subway where you can smell the fresh ingredients in the air. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, the smell of freshly baked bread and freshly sliced vegetables hit my nose...read full review

This Subway restaurant has received mixed reviews. Some customers have expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of the restroom, stating that it is often out of order and they have to ask for the key to use it. They also mention that this is unfortunate, leading them to consider taking their business elsewhere.
Another customer has commented on the freshness of the food and the bread, noting that it could be improved. They also mention a specific issue with the mozzarella cheese, stating that it is not real cheese and that it is more expensive when shredded.
On a positive note, customers have praised the excellent service. The Indian lady working in the evening does a great job making sandwiches and is very nice and polite. At the Century Blvd. location, an early am customer found the service excellent, with a great sandwich maker. Another customer experienced great and fast service from three employees, with one man noted for being very nice and giving great service. Customers also appreciate the excellent food and service, with the restaurant being open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A young guy working there is consistently polite and always says thank you for doing business.
In summary, this Subway location could benefit from addressing concerns about restroom availability and cleanliness, food freshness, and the quality and cost of certain ingredients, while continuing to provide excellent service and food.
