Good food, especially their breakfast burritos. Their fries are always HOT and crispy. The service is sweet! I love the ladies working there, they're always so sweet :) Their burgers are so good too!

Called an hour before they close. They answered phone and said may I help you. I proceeded to place order. Then lady stops me and says sorry we're closed. I responded, "if closed why did you say may I help you"? Lady then hangs up on me. Never been treated so rudely before from this place. Complete turn off. This place won't be getting my money again! If closed you should have said that before asking may I help you. TERRIBLE service!

I came to the store to order some food as I love their fries and was greeted with an open sign but workers ignoring me. So I decided to call and ask what the updated hours are and the lady with glasses said "now its closed" and I asked "okay, what are your updated hours?" though she kept repeating "now its closed" I understood that much and just wanted to know if the hours for the following day have changed but she was being rude and clicked on me without answering my question. I love their food but their service is not the best.

They need to periodically clean up the dining room ona regular basis, tables are ALWAYS dirty. We try to eat here when we’re doing laundry and everytime they are mediocre. They don’t even take Apple Pay like eh. Go across the street to pollo loco for a better dining

Staff doesn't adhere to the hours of operation that they advertise. Many times I have gone there 30 minutes before closing and the place was completely dark.

Worst onion rings of my LIFE. DISGUSTING and unsalted. Chili cheese fries were super bland and undesirable. Burger was whatever, overpriced. The service was cool, everything you'd expect it to be. The ambiance was honestly awful too. No theme, and photos of the food weren't anything like what they actually served.

The food was not good. No salt or Seasoning on the fries. I've never had a pastrami chili cheese fry with the pastrami on one side of the container. The chili wasn't good either. It had no flavor. That's where all the flavor is, in the meat. We weren't given any plastic ware. The lady at the window seemed like she had an attitude when we asked for onions on the side when we saw they didn't put them in the bag but we requested it when we ordered it. I should have taken a picture
