We had Barts Carts at our event last weekend, and they were great! The staff was friendly, food was good & the carts are so cute! Would definitely recommend

wanted to rent a cart for ice cream for the event next month Lady who picked up the phone was so unhelpful and said its too far althpugh we wanted in Anahiem.

My neighbor use Bartscarts services for one of her kids birthday, Bartscarts truck had to block the sidewalk on a Sunday where families walk with their kids and pets and would like to use their Right Of Way and not put their life in danger by going around on the main and very dangerous street. To unload or load the truck there was enough room to pull the truck in the driveway and keep the sidewalk clear. Also, the next door neighbor put outside on her little wall a box with lemons from her tree for neighbors and people who walk through to take, she does it when ever her tree is productive so she share. Bartscarts truck driver or owner 'decide' in the most selfishness act and selfishness way not to be satisfied with couple or few he decide to take the entire box and put it in his truck. Who does such thing? NO act of kindness in this company!

Hands-down the best tasting churros!!! As wedding videographers, we got to taste test their churros at a different event so when it was our turn to plan our wedding, we knew we had to have Barts Carts there! They were a great treat for our guests to have after dinner! Their cart is also super cute, adding to your event's ambiance.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Stay away from them!!!First of all employees hated Ana and told me she doesn't know what she's talking about the day of our daughter's birthday.I had only 30 guests including kids at my daughter's birthday they charged me $2330 for grill ice cream and game boot.I paid for 80 hot dogs and burgers the employees hide the burgers and didn't put them on the grill and when I emailed Ana her responded to me " because you had other food " basically they get your money and hide the food!!!The employees didn't want to bother their self and do anything! They saved hot dogs for their self and keep eating instead of serving my guests.They charged me $400 for game boot occupied my space 10 by 10 and look how they set it up!I told my guests to get some food for their kids to eat on the way home but they already packed everything in their truck before their 3 hours!

Terrible communication and organization. I spoke to Ana 2 months in advance and was given verbal confirmation that my reservation for that specific date was confirmed. When I reached back out to make sure that everything was in place I was told by someone else that they never booked my date and they can see that I talked to Ana and they would have her call me. For over 2 weeks I was waiting for Ana to call me without any contact. Finally, just two days before the event I was contacted by the owner and was told they ran out of the specific product I was looking for.
