Oh this carl’s jr employees have giving great customer service even when theirs a bit of conflict with a customer but the team knew how to handle it like professionals and even when the customer was definitely in the wrong the employees didn’t lose patience and handle it with great respect

I love coming to this location, but I do feel they are understaffed at night. I waited 20-30 minutes at the drive thru. Honestly I don’t mind as long as my food taste good , but the second car behind me wasn’t too happy and kept honking. The young man (cashier) looked frustrated and apologized I told him it was fine. He was very kind and respectful. But I felt bad for him, no one should have to do everything by themselves.

I spilled my drink on accident but then the legend Chris came and mopped it all up leaving it sparkling clean, Get that Awesome man a raise he earned it the way he’s so chill and tuff🫂
