Terrible experience at this location. This location is suppose to be “24/7” I get there waiting for someone to greet me in the drive thru and there was absolutely no one coming around to check on me so I can order. To be specific I was waiting for 5 minutes while there is absolutely no one in the drive thru lane. Completely just a waste of time. Never coming to this location ever again I’m so over it. I tried to give this location a chance because last time I was waiting about 15 minutes to get some fries at the drive thru as well and now having to wait 5 minutes (probably more) to have someone take my order is insane. Only if I could just give 0 stars for this location.

Horrible experience. I literally just left and paid $40+ and they still got my order wrong. I order large fries and the fries container was literally half empty. I thought it might have spilled into the bag and nothing. Then I order 2 famous stars plain. I literally asked for plain burgers with meat and cheese and and both burgers came with everything on them except for cheese. It's not difficult. I attempted to call the store to express the failure in my order and no one answered. This location shames the name of a burger chain that once was a treat. I will not go back. It's not the first time this happens. Attention to detail is not difficult.

The vist to this location was one of the most dynamic customer experiences I've recieved from any fast-food chain domestic or international. The manager Karen provided us with 1st rate, outstanding, red carpet, white glove, blue ribbon service. I would love to see her in a top management position or better yet, her own franchise!
