Every time I buy bread it's always old bread you'll be lucky if you get fresh bread very disappointing

I do not recommend this place, very bad service, they sold us a cake that was supposedly for 120 people and the cake looked like a toy cake + the taste wasn't the same as the samples

Their bread is NEVER FRESH! It used to be but now it's always 3-4 days old ? Its hard & crumbles when you cut it in half, yes its that old. Never buying bread from here

The service was great! They made a birthday cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday. It was half chocolate and half vanilla. I received so many compliments from the guests that the cake was delicious. Kids and adults had seconds! Will definitely be using them again!

DO NOT buy cakes, they are OLD AND SORRY... the bakery looks empty... you ask them for something they don't have... I don't know what they sell there... but not bread and coffee because if you order something they don't have it. Buy a cake and it was ACEDO for $34 I never recommend

I always buy bolillo here, sometimes they make it soft and other times, burnt and hard, we never complain but we do tell the man who makes the bolillo to improve that, but last night we bought bolillos and they were hot and soft, no one at home ate last night and Just this morning when I was preparing breakfast for my children, I saw the bolillos were super hard and burnt, so they didn't eat, I went very kindly to ask them to please change my bolillos and there was a lady with the man who makes the bolillos with very bad face and despots telling me that for them the bolillo was soft and well I told them that it is not like that, and that he should change them, the man complained to me because I did not return last night and I explained to him, but he did not understand my reasons, in the end he alone He returned me 6 of the 12 bobbins that he had bought, I am going to report them to the corresponding area because I felt that this was a theft, I also work hard to earn money to support my children, how come it cost him so much to give me the complete bobbins, I wasn't asking for the money back, it's very bad that they treat their customers badly and are abusive, I don't know if they are the owners but if they aren't, then the owner must act soon before his bakery goes bankrupt?

Bad customer service, they don't even how yo prepare coffee. The lady who was there had a unhappy face and she didn't know anything about coffee, also they didn't have enough variety of sweet bread. I was very disappointed with this place!?
