That new security guard has to GO!!! I am a long time regular since the day it has opened.. Before this security guard, I have always gave Chili’s a 5 star. Because I love Chili’s I took down my video a few weeks ago when he pulled out a gun in the situation that could have been easily de-escalated by a trained guard. Causing a huge ghetto altercation in the restaurant. This pass Sunday the same security guard pepper sprayed a young lady for being drunk. Causing another big messy situation. Every single person that witness this said it was unnecessary and he over pepper sprayed her. He did it twice and kept spraying it in her face as if she was a damn bug. Forced her out of Chili’s and locked her out and left her on the sidewalk crying screaming for help. The way that young lady was handled. I do believe she can press charges..
Rewind back before the pepper spray. I had not even been into Chili’s for 10 minutes. Found a seat at the bar next to the young lady. When he came to confront the lady about being loud, he included me in the confronting as if we were together and said he was gonna have to ask us to leave if “WE” didn’t keep it down. I’m guessing it was because I’m black because I barely got there and the whole time she was laughing, talking and buying drinks for a Hispanic lady on the other side of her. I personally thought they came together because of their interaction, but for him to single me out and include me with her is absolutely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I would give it 1 star but since the waiters were alright I'll give it 2 stars. The food portions were less than acceptable especially when the prices have gone up. I was so disappointed. The chicken was so thin & small, I had to order more rice, the beans needed to be heated and it appeared to be less than 2 tablespoons, I didn't pay attention to what were supposed to be shrimp! I ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Fajitas, Lemon Drop drink which was just Lemonade; shouldn't have ordered that anyway. Nevertheless, the food did taste good. Not again.

This Chili's really stands out as a "local bar" feeling. I only pop every once in a while if I'm going to an event nearby, but it's always a really pleasant atmosphere and the staff is amazing. Definitely a great place to grab a beer and some food, they all do a great job.
Tahlia was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. Clean restaurant and food was great!

Worst Place to come to it’s so nasty, ghetto, very unprofessional please go to another location if Chili’s is your thing.
All employees is standing around in the back, or in the front area not doing nothing, or helping anyone just looking mad about life. The manager is getting completely ran over by the employees because no one was even listening to him and they all walked right past him while he is speaking.
Please find some workers that want to work ( clean House ASAP)
