I had to wait 40 minutes to receive my order, then to go home and have part of my order incorrect. I called and was put on hold for over 30 minutes and then come back up here to wait another 30 minutes. No compensation or apologies given. This has been the worst experience ever.

Waited 20 minutes to even be able to order because I dont have the app. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food. All of which is fine but when we got back to our room after just arriving from the airport and wanting to relax we found that some of our food was missing. Called the store and the only option they would give us was to come back to the restaurant and get what they forgot. That was the only fix they had and 9pm at night it wasn't going to happen, Drive another 30 minutes back and forth after already parking and getting checked in and comfortable in our room. Didn't even get a genuine apology that we are out what we paid for. At least the food we did have was good or I would have been even more pissed.

Went here after spending the day at universal studios hollywood for my baby girls 10th birthday, a party of 9 food & drinks was good & our server was very attentive,kind and welcoming. Will most definitely be back

Our waitress was Martha and she was training Laylannie ,(Spell Check) They were so sweet and caring- A part of the order was late but they fixed it in a hurry and was so nice and gracious about getting our order correct. Thank you.A concern that I do have is that there aren't many afro Americans working in this location and I'm wondering why they are not being hiring afro Americans at this location. They're probably there but, I haven't seen any when I came in the evening. Other than that, I would like to see more diversity at this location.

My apologies, I have never been a fan of Chili's. They do have inexpensive burger deals and a full bar if you are looking for that type of place. The food is not bad and the service is good just not a place, I would go for a drink and a steak. Compare it to TGI-Fridays.

Awful!! the manager was so condescending after she said there was out of a part of my meal then still wanted me to pay full price? I said that doesnt make sense if a portion of my meal was missing and I wasnt provided alternatives until I was PAYING THE BILL and then proceeds to give myself the waiter a difficult time and says I need to pay full price. Its a mess in there, they need to train people better!!
