Waited 20 minutes to even be able to order because I dont have the app. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food. All of which is fine but when we got back to our room after just arriving from the airport and wanting to relax we found that some of our food was missing. Called the store and the only option they would give us was to come back to the restaurant and get what they forgot. That was the only fix they had and 9pm at night it wasn't going to happen, Drive another...

Went here after spending the day at universal studios hollywood for my baby girls 10th birthday, a party of 9 food & drinks was good & our server was very attentive,kind and welcoming. Will most definitely be back

Our waitress was Martha and she was training Laylannie ,(Spell Check) They were so sweet and caring- A part of the order was late but they fixed it in a hurry and was so nice and gracious about getting our order correct. Thank you.A concern that I do have is that there aren't many afro Americans working in this location and I'm wondering why they are not being hiring afro Americans at this location. They're probably there but, I haven't seen any when I came...
