The food is consistently great but you can tell the work environment is toxic. There’s never a clear view of who the manager is, whether it’s a slow or fast paced day, there seems to be no order behind the counter. Employees just blurt out inappropriate one liners in front of customers, roll their eyes when they receive direction, even had a cashier ring me up annoyed, no greeting or total or nothing, because she wanted to clock out (in the middle of a rush) and her manager asked her to please wait. The staff needs to be retrained in customer service.

Fresh ingredients...decent place to get fast food. They need to work on having someone to serve you at all times to decrease the customers from waiting to order.

The food is fine. It's just like every other Chipotle but when you are a restaurant that only does three things burritos tacos and bowls and you don't have the ability to make one of those things you would think they would let people know as they come in and not wait for them to get up to the very front of the line 15 minutes later.
Horrible they moved to slow no since of urgency from their employees it shouldn’t take 30 minutes for a burrito

Lines about 11 people long. One server helping make orders. Soda is flat from the machine. Agua frescas taste like water without the flavor. Bad, bad, bad.

I placed a $50 takeout order at Chipotle, expecting three plates of food—full meals with burritos, bowls, and sides—to be packaged with care. Instead, I was handed a single, flimsy standard brown lunch bag, the kind meant for a single sandwich, not a hefty order like this. The result? A torn bag, spilled food, and a ruined meal. Chipotle, if I’m spending $50, can I at least get two bags or something stronger? Have you even trained this crew?

The worst chipotle in my life. Sun was blasting on the windows with No AC, tables were a mess , waited 30 min with only 4 people in front of me. On top of it they got my order completely wrong. I asked for 2 bowls and for 1 to have sour cream , cheese and lettuce . Then the cashier called me over to pay so I trusted they understood the order but when i got home they both had a mountain of sour cream , ton of cheese and extra lettuce. The containers had so much sour cream on them I had to wipe them down with a napkin before I could even open it. Just terrible!

I was a black girl with the green shirt serviced today . The young Latina woman with the red hair working the register and the young black haired Latina woman that was making the bowls were very kind and accommodating and inviting in the Chipotle. Give them both a raise! The redhead girl was so kind and nice at the register and the other girl did such great bowl proportions. I know she probably got scared because I asked for her name lol But she was amazing. They were helping me today at around 3 PM I couldn’t get their names because ultimately, I couldn’t hear her, but I appreciate their customer service!
