Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle ass. Building dirty, they only had two meats when they are open for another 2 hours. Slow ass service and unfriendly. Wont be back.

Anyone else get sick from eating at the Century location in Inglewood CA on 12/20? I been sick all day long, TMI but you get my drift. I eat at other locations all the time and never experienced this sickness. I ordered a brisket bowl, with everything on it except q for queso and veggies although there was a piece of veggie in the meat area that got in my bowl no biggie.

I always ♥️ going to Chipotle Mexican grill in Inglewood...they're service is excellent and they give nice size portions of food for the price it is..I will go back when I get a chance every time..

I ordered a carnitas burrito with cheese corn lime rice and guacamole omg so good service was great oh I can't leave with out my chips and guacamole gotta say some of the chips were on the stale side and the guacamole had turned a little brown just gotta do better on that but it was good the carnitas meat was super tender bomb

The food is always good. The service was slow 🐌 because they only had one person in the line. She was making the food and being the cashier.

I went there for the first time this morning and because the doors were unlocked I walked in. A young lady at the counter filling bags said something, which I assumed was good morning. I was wrong, she said we're not open yet. My fault, it was only 9:25 but again, the doors were open. I went back outside waited at the front of the door and finally around 10:35 - 10:40 a young man came out and we went in. I waited at the front of the counter and they could clearly see I was first in line. We continued to wait. At no point did any of the seven or eight workers in there say to any of us, which was eight people at this time including me, "we will be with you in a minute" or "we'll be right with you", NOTHING!

Finally one young lady finished talking to her male co-worker, looks at me and said "you have to get in line, you weren't in line". She also mumbled something about me coming in from outside. I was obviously in line, I was obviously waiting to order, and they obviously didn't give a damn. So I left and won't be back. I definitely won't recommend this place to anybody. There is no consideration for the customer but at least they got to talk and laugh with each other while we waited..

Don't waste your time coming here, the restaurant is always dirty, the order wait time is 30 mins or plus , and the employees don't have a sense of urgency. I had came into this location on 10/30/24 around 5:30 pm, the line was out the door which I waited in for 30 mins, there was only one employee making the orders and another charging orders, while there was this one female employee with glasses that seem like a manager, Supervisor, or lead roaming around the restaurant not trying to help her team out with the obvious full/busy queue in the restaurant. It was ridiculous to have waited for that long and witness how poorly a higher up can manage that type of situation during a busy Time, maybe they should reevaluate on who they promote as lead, supervisor, and or lead for something like this won't be a continuous situation at this location.

This place makes me hate Chipotle now. They are slowwww, we waited 25 minutes in line and they are literally ALWAYS out of something that is essential to the bowl. I’m also tired of having to drive a country mile to the chipotle that always has what they advertise. Anywho I tried to get a brisket bowl and they didn’t have brisket. Offered me steak instead but the steak at this particular location is always too tough to chew. Then I settle on a meat just to find out they are out of pico, corn and vinaigrette. Why be open if you’re out or everything. I’m not a review type of person but I just can’t take it anymore. Chipotle is my favorite place, hope you get this location together soon.

Everytime I come here they give me very little meat.. but for the Spanish an other races they give them bigger portions... I've experienced this 3times...

I have watched multiple people standing around literally doing nothing while a few of their coworkers try and handle the dinner rush. 25 min wait to order food. It’s so ridiculous I can’t even believe what I’m watching.

Overall it was a good experience.
I am upset that I was charged For double guacamole, the Hispanic lady asked me if I wanted double and I told her NO, come to find out, She still did it. That was infuriating.

Costumer service takes WAYYYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOO LOOOOONGGGGG… its been 20 minutes and i moved 3 feet and the line its 23 and only 1 person serving???? Whatttttt??
