My girlfriend and I went to order Chu’s this evening for dinner. When calling, we didn’t receive an answer. We thought it was weird considering they always answer so we decided we’d hop in the car and just place our order there. Upon arrival we noticed a car went through their building!!! We are devastated…hoping everyone is okay!! 9/13/24 @ 5pm

Great authentic Chinese food. The owners were very attentive and nice to our entire party each night (3) we were there this week. Very old building , opened in 1984,, could use a update, but don't let the paint and flooring deter you from the fabulous made when you order food.

The boss had a bad attitude. The tables and dishes were greasy and we washed them ourselves. We were scolded again. Not long after we sat down, the boss stood next to us and pressured us to order quickly without even looking through the menu. There were obviously not many people in the store. When ordering, we were asked to order large portions. You will be charged immediately after ordering, and the price of each dish is not written on the receipt. The food tastes average, but the portions are much smaller than those at the next table. I don't know if it's because we speak Chinese.
