so I Ordered A quarter sheet German chocolate cake and a large apple cobbler and some cookies for a big birthday celebration a week in advance. I confirmed my order with Michael and he said it would be ready. I pull up to pick up my order and they lost the order and nothing was prepared. Not only was nothing prepared, but the employees didn’t seem to care at all. There was nonchalant about it as if the wind was blowing. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re counting on a special event or something special, I definitely would not rely on this place to do what they say they’re gonna do. They said they reached out to manager four times and they didn’t even bother answering.

Great cookies but ordered 2 peach cobblers and 2 chocolate chip cookies and they sent an apple cobbler instead. They also sent them in plastic containers instead of the metal tins in store. The taste was way off and i couldnt put it in the oven. and 2 cookies that were unequal in size. Recommendation to weigh the dough for more uniform size cookies

Ordered cheesecake and blackberry cobbler. Cheesecake taste like a no bake cheesecake out the box! The cobbler had NO TASTE whatsoever. No my type of dessert when I was a dessert I want something sweet!!

I went there to make a purchase. They had teenagers in there working with nasty attitudes. The atmosphere wasn't good. I simply walked out, and went ahead and found a nother bakery.

The best oatmeal raisins cookies in California to me.

I don’t know the Hispanic’s name, but she was not paying attention to anything I said. She kept going to the register after I kept telling her I wasn’t finished, and she kept getting my order wrong. I don’t know why she was distracted, but it really irritated me.

excellent excellent excellent. peach cobbler was so good. at first i thought the mini at around $10 was a bit expensive but its shareable so at $5 person, its very worth it. add the ice cream because why not. the ice cream was good vanilla flavor too. we took advantage of the “day old” cookies that were 2 for $3 definitely worth it.

Cookies are delicious 😋

Reasonable price for a long time, Unfortunately, just like everything else has risen.
Now their prices have increased significantly.
I still purchased items and supported this business.

OK to order something via one of the delivery apps & when it's wrong, get a refund or credit on next order. It's horrible to order 6 items, have only 4 arrive, & have the app say "This is ineligible for a refund."

I've had restaurants tell the driver to call me & ask if I wanted an alternative.

I use to love this place in 2020 it’s the only place I would go to for my peach cobblers however things have changed. The other day I went to get peach cobbler they looked like they were sitting out all day I asked the cashier she said they were then switched it up and said they made some more earlier it was lie. It did not taste like they been sitting out all day they tasted like they sat out for days. The crust was stale the peaches tasted bad and like they were fresh out the can. The bottom layer of crust was extremely gooey I ended up throwing it away. I blamed myself for going right before closing but I feel like when dealing with perishable fruits you need a cut off time. If you close at 8pm and you put out fresh pies in the morning by 3-4 you should put out a fresh batch or only sale cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. I was extremely disappointed and thought you should know about my experience.

This evening, I stopped in to buy cookies. The person behind the counter walked over to take my order with her fingers in her mouth. I gave her my order and closely watched her actions. She used the same im gloved hand to pick up and open a paper pouch, putting fingers inside. I mentioned this, and she raised the other hand with a glove on as though that made a difference. I asked her to wash her hands, and she put the pouch back onto the stack. I couldn't tell if she used soap, so I left without purchasing anything
The lack of understanding of what she did makes me wonder what other unsanitary actions are done and unseen.
