Went to Cold Stone’s, I hadn’t been in a little while but I noticed that while my ice cream was being made all the ingredients that are supposed to go into it wasn’t being added. I ordered two gotta have it’s and one was already made when I looked away without the full ingredients. I ordered the same exact ice creams. I Ask the employee are you guys not putting certain ingredients into the ice cream anymore and he mentioned that oh I didn’t know you wanted that, so only got one of my ice creams with the full ingredients. I just took my ice creams as it was Because I can see, he already started to become frustrated with me by asking about the ingredients. I won’t be going back there no more. Just get tired of poor customer service.

Sometimes they have longer wait times, but Dylen is always moving quickly and making sure customers get in and out and are happy with their order. Excellent service.

Paid for extra bananas, extra pineapple and extra almonds. Received nothing extra and caramel was missing. Paid $36.00 for large and it was nothing. Horrible Poor Service!!!

I ordered the strawberry lemonade sorbet with Strawberries smoothie. So yummy! I recommend 100% for those of us that are not fans of regular dairy ice cream.
Thank you for the chocolate dipped waffle bowl. Have been waiting to get one again after 2 years. Many places don't have them anymore and was lucky to find it here. Only thing is that phone number listed is incorrect and the one on website is correct one but no one answers. Inside is clean but one table outside was dirty. Only two tables and 4 chairs available outside.

Need more People serve ice cream. There was only one girl serving. There was a long line and just one girl helping customers 3 people walked out the store.??♀️
