Worst location! Literally slow and always one person working the front while one other is doing something in the back. It's like why can't you take care of the ppl in the line then do that in the down time. But really they just need to hire more ppl and not teens that have attitudes all day.

Took 20 minutes to actually attend me. There were only two girls and they had people waiting in line meanwhile they were both working on doordash orders. On top of that, they both worked on THE SAME ORDER without even knowing they were both making it. Horrible horrible service.

We always come to this location to get ice cream with my kids. My kids chose their ice cream and I was looking to see what topping they wanted to add and the employee that attended me told me I should've told her in the beginning if I wanted toppings with an attitude but I was looking to see what toppings my kids wanted? So that was irritating because I've never had that happened to me. My experience here sucked I won't be coming back. They need to be more sanitary as well.

WORST LOCATION EVER. Made $10 order and Stephanie, Stefaníe, could not do a customer service request because she could not find my online order I made on the site. All I wanted was ice cream, man. Way to break a girls heart cold stone.

Me and my friend came to this location to check out the Barbie themed ice cream before checking out the movie, which included pink ice cream, sprinkles, gram cracker crust and whipped cream. All we got was pink ice cream and sprinkles. When we walked in, we noticed there is only 2 workers and it's taking a long time just to place an order. I totally sympathize with that. After we get our orders, we go outside to see 2 tables, 1 that was occupied and the other unoccupied, that was filthy and hadn't been wiped down. (Please get more tables, folks like to sit down and eat their ice cream) I go back inside and ask the worker can I have something to wipe off the table, and she gives me a bunch of napkins and the hand sanitizer on the counter. I wipe off the table as best I can, and as were eating our ice cream, we notice somethings not right. After we finish, I go back in and explain "Hey, this has no graham cracker crust or whip cream." and she immediately offers us another for free because I felt like she knew it wasn't what was advertised. I even offered a tip because she was so kind. (Like an idiot, I didn't watch her remake our orders, but it was a long line and I didn't want to be one of those customers) She places our ice cream in a brown bag and we're on our way to see the movie. We pull out our ice cream and it's the exact same with no graham cracker crust or whip cream. I was just in disbelief that this lady gave me the exact same order she gave us the first time! At the end of the day, we got another order for free, but that was a hot mess!
Very dirty ice cream was not creamy weird texture. Work area was really dirty cross contamination freezer vents looks like it has mold

They weren't that friendly.... The girl had long hair and it wasn't covered/ up... My nephew enjoyed it and that's what most important to me... also it's been a few years since I've been at this location and it doesn't look like they remodel in a while...

Worst costumer service. No greet, ignored, rolling eye treatment for being kindly corrected on an order, and disgustingly smirked.Friendly reminder, if you are not happy with your current work situation do something about it and give someone else the opportunity to be employed.
