Went on a Sunday afternoon and only the breakfast menu was available. Food came cold. Sent it back. Water glasses didn't appear clean. Sent them back. No rush to return here.

Reserved a party of 26 for a birthday week in advance and they had put in the wrong information. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to fix it and prepare a table. Not a very great experience..Also the food was meh at best, your better off ordering the appetizers.

Actually wasn’t expecting such a horrible experience, service from the door was absolutely horrid to say the least. No greeting, no smile, no name introduction, just a seating and some menus. Once the appetizers were ordered, the nachos came cold, tater tots were acceptable. We attempted to order more food but the menus were taken away, servers take forever to check on us, service is just terrible here AWFUL. Please if management is reading this they need to revamp the staff or do some thpe of retraining. Everyone please go to McDonald’s instead or anywhere else.

Got sick from my steak. Waiter only dropped off the food and didn’t follow up with us once to refill water.

I went on a weekday I did not know the other floors were not gone to be open. (They should let people know) you also have to valet which is also not advertised. Overall I did enjoy the food. A bit expensive. I recommend going when they have happy hour.

Nice atmosphere. Waitress was pleasant. I heard a few bad reviews but decided to see for myself and I’m glad we did. Very spacious. 3 floors. Great music and the food was delicious. I had the half chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots and my husband had shrimp Alfredo.

Food was underwhelming, I ordered the chicken sliders, sweet potato fries and calamari which was the best thing I was served. Server never put my friend’s order in so she got her food after about 40 minutes of waiting. The bartender upstairs was great, good service and nice conversation!Parking: You have to Valet at the hotel in the same building I believe it was $10.

It's a really cute spot. The parking is a bit confusing because of the hotel and restaurant mix. I drove in the wrong entrance like many others. Was told to go around to the other side which I did and parked. It turns out you're supposed to use the same parking as the hotel and it cost $10 to park even to go to Cork & Batter.

Great atmosphere and Customer service is on point! Just needs a little more signature meals added to the menu to upgrade the ratings.Parking: Self parking is not an option. Only Valet.
