I hate that they don't have the same organization as the other Costco's, an some of their items cost more than at the other Costco's which is annoying. However the staff are all extremely helpful ??

I don't like that they take the money, then touch the lid to the drinks and push it into your cup. They need additional help to service the guest as well as to make sure that the fountain and condiment area receives the attention that is required.

Why is the cheese pizza at the food court so thin and burnt, I return it and all was the same including the pepperoni thin and super greasy! Guy did the exchange but not happy, come on Inglewood Costco please fix this!

the Costumer service at Costco was very bad, probably the lady that I made a question , had a bad day o problems like everyone does but when a costumer ask something related that it suposed to get paid they need to try changing to a friendly face . ( this lady was by the spot of client's membership department). and instaed of continuing shopping I just left the store.Note: is not food court I didn’t find another option but this happened inside

Service was terrible, apparently if you don't have a membership you can't order a hot dog. New rules which I wasn't aware of and they will treat you like trash because of this. When I showed my expired membership (been a member since 2010) they told me I had to renew it ($60) before I can order food. Absolutely ridiculous, besides that come here you'll have a great time.
