First day doing business?I waited for a whole half hr to realize my family of 4 is going to end up eating tator tots ? for dinner.. thanks guys. Great first American experience. I hope no travelers ever order from here again.Hope your business goes down in flames.

Horrible, untimely, overcooked/dry (thin + hand tossed), under whelming flavors, just overall bad experience. I had an amazing Dominoe's experience in Northern CA and hoped the same for this location - boy where we disappointed. Not only were the pizza's badly put together the delivery was 30 minutes late so items were barely lukewarm. The soda was good.

Placed an order for 5 pizzas on the website 2 hrs ahead at 5pm to be delivered by 7 since my team of 10 people gets lunch from 7-8 . The order did not leave the store till 7:03, the tracker would have the eta from 22 mins and it kept going up, I contacted the store, on the phone for 20 mins and was supposed to speak to a manager, who never picked up the phone, an assistant finally answered to tell me that they were busy and that there were other orders ahead of mine, even though I placed it 2hrs in advance, and that the driver had other orders to deliver along with mine, which seemed to be left for last. Very very disappointed, the last eta eas to be delivered by 7:52 when our lunch ended at 8, i asked the order to be cancelled and was told just sorry for the inconvenience, and was not offered anything else, on top of it all it will take 2-4 business days for them to return the money to my card. The worst experience ever trying to celebrate a coworker’s birthday and we did not even get to eat, if I could give 0 starts I would. I dont understand why offer a delivery time if they will not honor it. Very disappointed, ?

Typical American pizza, prices a little high, parking ok even if small, it is in a service station and next door there is also a well-stocked mini market

I ordered a sandwich loaded tots and lava cakes. Bread is under cooked for sandwich never got lava cakes and my tots are cold. This had to be one of the worse deliveries going very disappointed when you go to report it they give you a free pizza why would i want another thing from your establishment.

I literally ordered a small pizza, they told me it would be available in 10 to 15 minutes but it took almost 30 minutes and I was in a bit of a hurry and I had to leave without my pizza.

Great Pizza & customer service. We just landed at LAX & Family was hungry. Wish they had plates, no big deal, I was able to buy some @ 711 next door.
