Not answering drive through. Pulled around front to see 3 people in the store. I placed a phone call to see why I am being ignored at the drive through and the female who answered said that despite them being open at 10am they didnt have enough resources to take drive through orders. Mind u i sat in drive through for 4 minutes being ignored. Yall quick to catch an attitude, can yall also be quick to do the job u signed up for?

When I went I wasn’t given all the utensils I need, the chicken was way too salty, and the cheese has a weird taste for the salad and I got the meal for two combo. This was also during morning shift at around 11:40am.

Got family meal half the 12 pc was drumsticks and the chicken breast were cut in half to make it 12. The coleslaw was dry with less than half having a small amount of dressing. I have been going there since i was a child first time I've ever been disappointed by the quality of the food.
There was no customer service at the front counter it's pretty much automated cash on one side Credit on the other

Unfortunately like this or any other location you might find some issues. Homeless people asking for money. I don't know if the restaurant is able to do anything but they just inside the restaurant wandering around. I have my food to go, obviously this is a bigger issue that cities don't know how to handle it. Restaurants should do something about it who made the place inviting.
