Got family meal half the 12 pc was drumsticks and the chicken breast were cut in half to make it 12. The coleslaw was dry with less than half having a small amount of dressing. I have been going there since i was a child first time I've ever been disappointed by the quality of the food.

Unfortunately like this or any other location you might find some issues. Homeless people asking for money. I don't know if the restaurant is able to do anything but they just inside the restaurant wandering around. I have my food to go, obviously this is a bigger issue that cities don't know how to handle it. Restaurants should do something about it who made the place inviting.

The food was as alright, but Dezmond's customers service was excellent, he was very patient, kind and friendly. You don't find this type of customer service everywhere. Good job!!
