Customer service was good, The double tostada bowls I ordered to go were served with dark avocado I threw away. Unfortunately I was to far and out of time (had to return to work) to go back to return them. Who ever served them should have the decency not to serve something they wouldn't eat themselves or serve their family. This is the last time I visit this location.

You would think at opening time they will serve you fresh food and its completely wrong I received some left over hard mash potatoes and macaroni from the night before chicken tasted reheated aswell pico de gallo taste bad 👎🏼

If I could give this place 0 stars, it would have 0 stars. I don't understand how this location had that many customers in less than 30 mins. 1. The place is not clean and the workers were not cleaning. 2. The bathrooms were so dirty! Shit on and in the toilet! Dirt over the floor, the bathroom sink & f..king door. Eeeww people. 3. The tables looked like they had been clean but a sticky residue was left behind after. Ughhh. I tried cleaning it before I ate. Not my responsibility as we were charged $80 for a 12piece chicken. Clean your place of business 4. How is the horchata not made with milk? Eeew. 5. All edges of the table were sticky!

As of lately the food quality at this location has not been good. Tostada salad tasted old and chicken chunks tasted old and cold..Nacho chips also tasted old.. Pollo loco has not been this way but night shift needs help..
