As of lately the food quality at this location has not been good. Tostada salad tasted old and chicken chunks tasted old and cold..Nacho chips also tasted old.. Pollo loco has not been this way but night shift needs help..

Had a fantastic experience at this location and the staff is so friendly ! Always a great time when I come here. I sometimes they are a little short on people but you can tell these employees work to take care of their store.

The restaurant lost power right as I pulled up to pick up my order from the drive thru window. Even though they couldn't take payment because the cash register wouldn't work, they gave me my order anyway. Thank you! Great service!
