Waited 17 minutes for my order that was just sitting there for who knows how long. Employees were more focused on mobile orders. Asked for a refund and then they tell me my order has been ready. Very poor service.

The Mexican Ceasars was horrible with a few baby spinach on top and a whole bowl of old lettuce on the bottom, the was hard, I ended up throwing it all in the trash with no refund

The rice had a butter taste. Chicken was didn't taste good. My granddaughter and I both got had stomach aches , diarrhea for 24 hours.

Made my online order incorrect and I had to leave the drive through and come into the store . I tried to give the cashier Escobar my receipt so they can remake correctly. They then proceeded to make it incorrectly two more times .
I just settled for it and left. If he would have just grabbed the receipt he would have knew exactly how to proceed with the correction. How you mad at me when you guys keep making something I already paid for incorrectly? Please do better!

I like this restaurant it’s right down the street from my house. They have really good food but every time I go, I always ask for the Serano peppers and they never put them in my bag so every time I go now I have to ask them to physically have them handed to me in my hand because they’re never in my bag, but I’ll keep going back because I like the food and I always make sure I get my peppers

Store manager refused to honor my 10% senior discount . I mentioned the discount when ordering and when I pulled up to the window. The manager instructed the clerk to refund me $1.00 when I brought it to his attention. My bill was $16+ so the 10% should have been $1.60. When I bought that to his attention he told me that he had been the manager for 9 years and he knew what he was talking about. I have gotten the discount at this same location many times. Once I drove off I realized that they gave me the wrong drink. The math is not mathing. Poor customer service.
