Made my online order incorrect and I had to leave the drive through and come into the store . I tried to give the cashier Escobar my receipt so they can remake correctly. They then proceeded to make it incorrectly two more times .
I just settled for it and left. If he would have just grabbed the receipt he would have knew exactly how to proceed with the correction. How you mad at me when you guys keep making something I already paid for incorrectly? Please do better!

You should change your hours online because I came in at 8:45pm and they said it was close but online says you close at 10pm

I like this restaurant it’s right down the street from my house. They have really good food but every time I go, I always ask for the Serano peppers and they never put them in my bag so every time I go now I have to ask them to physically have them handed to me in my hand because they’re never in my bag, but I’ll keep going back because I like the food and I always make sure I get my peppers

That's a nice well kept grocery store.
Store manager refused to honor my 10% senior discount . I mentioned the discount when ordering and when I pulled up to the window. The manager instructed the clerk to refund me $1.00 when I brought it to his attention. My bill was $16+ so the 10% should have been $1.60. When I bought that to his attention he told me that he had been the manager for 9 years and he knew what he was talking about. I have gotten the discount at this same location many times. Once I drove off I realized that they gave me the wrong drink. The math is not mathing. Poor customer service.
The store did not have chicken run out for the 2nd time I visited this restaurant..how sad el pollo poco is going down I. Business….

This location is my favorite. The manager is a delight! The servers were patient with me while I figured what I wanted. They actually informed me of a meal that gave me what I wanted and saved me money.
