The staff is too rude, especially the cashiers are very despotic, I went and they treated me very badly, they gave me my food, even though I repeat that they did not please put my burrito Crimmy Chipotle, they also charged me a combo when I did not ask for it, they charged me extra for adding cream to the burrito and I was not sorry that I was already at home when I realized it. The place is one of the worst, they never pay attention to the modifications. 😤🤮

If your black beware, especially when ordering inside. The staff likes to make the black people wait longer for their food. You will get served last or have to ask for your food that will be ignored. It’s very unfortunate. An employee gave everyone their food and left mines. I was the only black person. This has happened numerous times. Im starting to record every time to build a discrimination case.

Every time I go to this particular, El Pollo Loco all the staff is very sweet but today I had a woman named Lolly. And she did the drive-through window order and was exceptionally nice to everybody that was in line. Her customer service is very good and she’s super friendly.

we thought the portion size was very small especially the chicken it was not alot of meat on the half chicken and not very good, dry and tough. The sauces looked very old so we did not try them and a few mouthfuls of cold slaw. it was very dirty in the eating area i would not eat here again
