Every time I go to this particular, El Pollo Loco all the staff is very sweet but today I had a woman named Lolly. And she did the drive-through window order and was exceptionally nice to everybody that was in line. Her customer service is very good and she’s super friendly.

I order from here about once a week, the staff is always friendly and the food is usually ready quickly. They’ve forgotten napkins or a sauce every once in a while but overall a great experience here!

Most POLLO LOCOS food quality has always been pretty good, just lately it's going down on the home cooked taste or is it just me? Seems like it's cooked in a hurry now....
