Story time: my first time having Machaca was at San Diego country club when I was invited as a guest. Best breakfast Machaca 20 years ago. I've been on a search for something comparable and satisfying. Unfortunately, it's been a lot of flops but I took the chance and tried it here. Yumm...gave me that flashback to 20 years ago.
