I asked for a large KingBurger combo and it didn't come with a large drink. The lady handed me a small cup and thought that would be the end of it. In my confusion, I asked her about the large drink which I thought was included. She told me I had to say large drink too. 🤷🏾‍♂

Nope. Y'all need to thoroughly CLEAN! After observing how unclean it was i had already ordered and they claimed my food was already cooked. Against my better judgment I ate it! My milkshake was all milk no shake (melted). CLEAN THIS PLACE UP ASAP! And your employees are clearly use to just serving BLACK customers so the lack of care shows. I use to love this location in particular but the last few times I've eaten here I end up sick with everything coming out of both ends. Its. NOT OK! And at this point spending $60 to get food poisoning needs to be reported to the franchise management which i will be doing today! I watched them overly salt the burgers and laugh but like I said before, it was already done and I had hopes I was over thinking what I obviously saw with my own eyes. Make this location diverse again so We can all continue to patron this location. CLEAN THAT NASTY SODA AND CONDIMENT AREA NOW!!! AND THAT GRILL AREA I COULDN'T GET A PICTURE OF BEFORE YOU KILL SOMEBODY!

Pissed! Too many mistakes made tonight to accept an apology. You think my boss is gonna accept my apology that I'm late because you guys forgot to make my order then forgot to make my fries? Wasn't offered a drink or nothing. I mean damn i order on uber eats for it to be made by a certain time all for you guys to forget to make my order but steady giggling and laughing and playing around smh. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.
