It's been a while since I came to a five guys. I came today mostly because I was looking forward to the free peanuts along with my burger. But they were all out of peanuts. They said they don't even put the box outside for customers to help themselves which used to be the policy the policy at all on these restaurants. But they didn't even have any behind the counter to give out. They said they were out. I'll probably go to In-N-Out Burger in the future

5 guys is a great burger place, but very expensive because everything has to be ordered separately.

I tried to place an order with 5 guys on line for delivery through Uber eats. I couldn't get pass the #1, #2, etc. I usually ask my grandson, but he was at work. After a few minutes of frustration I called 5 guys. A very nice lady answered and advised me that I could not place an order over the phone. I told her I could not understand the app, I was a senior and we were hungry and needed food. She told me to look for the combo section, if I couldn't find it please call her back. I eventually gave it to my daughter to order, she had a very hard time at checkout the order would not go through. Our order was about $75.00. PLEASE MAKE THESE APPS EASIER FOR DISABLED SENIORS, (we are not stupid) WE EAT TOO. After several minutes of trying she gave up. She finally ordered through door dash and it was easy. Ordering food should not be this difficult, especially when the company will not take orders over the phone.

I was hungry and decided to head to Five Guys in Inglewood off Crenshaw Blvd on Imperial Blvd. I hadn't been to Five Guys in over 5 years. Boy, a lot has changed in their menu prices. I remember the first Five Guys I went to in Culver City at the Westfield Mall. The double burger was only $8.50, now it's $17.00. What a price change since I been back to enjoy some homemade fresh burger. I usually enjoy some free peanuts while they are cooking my burger, I was looking around for the help yourself peanut section and couldn't find it, but saw the big bags in the middle of the eating area. I then preceded to the counter to ask where is the help yourself to peanuts, and the cook just handed me a brown bag with maybe one scoop of peanuts in the bag taped up. I asked why they didn't have a help yourself to free peanuts like all the other Five Guys restaurant. The cook just told me that's how they do it at that location. Well, I guess I won't be going back to that location, barely anyone in the restaurant, and my meal was around $35. What a price jump from the last time I was at a Five Guys restaurant. I love the cook to order burgers, homemade cut fries with seasonings, and free help yourself peanuts. But at that price for one person, I would rather buy my own peanuts, cut my own fries and make my own burgers at home for under $20. Sorry, Five Guys, but this will be my last trip to your restaurant. Appreciate the free peanuts, but when you're charging that price for burgers, please don't limit a scoop of peanuts as compensation for high-priced burgers.

My order got messed up and while speaking with Jonathan, describing what I had ordered and the mishap, I asked for a remake, I was told that I had to bring in my receipt when I was just there 10 minutes ago. This was my first and last time buying anything from this place…. I threw away the burger….customer service horrible…

The burgers at Five Guys are an experience in themselves. Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, each burger is cooked to order, ensuring an authentic, juicy flavor. The possibility of customizing with a variety of free toppings is a differentiator that suits all tastes. The generous portions and quick service are also big plus points. If you're looking for a tasty and well-made burger, Five Guys is, without a doubt, an excellent choice.

From the times I've been in it has a great atmosphere and staff is nice. The fries are made at order, and they dump the extra in the bag.
