Gloria's catered the repast for my father in-law. Despite the sad occasion, the was so good. It is rare when all of the food is good. Baked fish and jambalaya took the prize.
Sorry to tell y’all this, but this place here is better then dulans soul food.. my opinion and you’re leaving with a fat plate and the flavor is 9/10 can’t go wrong going here.. parking sucks

Dietary restrictions: Years ago, I would have given 5 stars. The food was delicious and the portions were bigger. I was there about a month ago and I told them that the food was too salty. I went back again and it was still too salty, especially the okra, corn,, & tomatoes. I may try 1 more time and if nothing has changed, I'll look for another soul food restaurant. The portion sizes have gotten smaller. The staff is wonderful.

Glorias Restaurant is located in our old home town of Ladera Heights. We are so grateful for Gloria for helping us with some delicious food. Glorias has fried chicken, meatloaf, mac and cheese greens potatoes tomatoes YOU NAME IT!! SHIRLEY CESEAR VOICE. Glorias restaurant also has scrumptious deserts as well. Gloria's is the best soul Food around. If you need catering, food delivery, etc. look no further. My family loves her food it is now an annual tradition. The owner and staff work hard to provide fresh delicious hot food- never disappoints.

Let me start off by saying I'm extremely picky especially with my food. My bf ordered food and told me about this restaurant, however I did not try it. One day I was going to Hungry Joes located in the same parking lot but they had a long line, looked over and noticed Gloria's was open with a smaller line so decided to give it a try. I've been back 3 additional times in the last month. I've tried their fried catfish (seasoned perfectly and fried crispy), smothered ribeye steak (tender and so flavorful), yams, cabbage, dressing, and the mac and cheese are all delicious. Lastly, the owner Gloria is really nice and welcoming. I appreciate the great customer service especially nowadays where it seems to be a thing of the past. This is definitely my go to soul food restaurant now.
