I don’t even work out at LA fitness and I came to give it a try and it was soooo delicious!!!! I got the tropical madness and I love the hint of celery. New favorite spot. Owner is very kind and knowledgeable!

My favorite is the terminator, I’ve tried other shakes at other gyms and the quality is not like this , here they use the best products and it is a very good price as well . And great customer service and you can also g t any gym needs they have lots of things for sale

I’ve been going to this place for a couple years now! The proteins shakes are always delicious! The owner of this place is so nice and welcoming you feel like you really get to know the guy and see that he cares so much about his customers! You’ll never be disappointed getting a drink from him! He also has protein snack, meals, and more!

Tony and his team provide the best smoothies I've ever had, better than robeks, better than Jamba, all for a much better price point! You can't beat a large smoothie with 50g of protein for only 10$?! Keep up the good work H&W! This will be a worldwide chain soon, hop on the train now yall!!!
