Hong Express Louisiana Fried Chicken

The food is OK just OK. The service is horrible. They never have anything ready in the wait for chicken is 25 minutes. these people are so rude. Don’t even waste your time or money go somewhere where your services are appreciated. Jim Dandy’s have pretty good chicken and they’re also other Louisiana chickens that’s more welcome. don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Combo B i believe is what I got. It's like $9.99! You automatically get noodles & rice. Here I have the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. However, on a normal day I only get combo A which is $7.99! You get noodles, rice, and 1 entree. My favorite entree is the orange chicken. The fried chicken here is amazing as well and has a little kick to it. 10/10 recommend.

Hair in food! Stringy unidentifiable meat in the chicken strips and orange chicken. BEWARE!

The food in the steam tables was dry and looked unappetizing. They didn't have coleslaw on the menu either.

I had probably the nastiest fried rice ever here I ordered a chicken and shrimp fried rice chicken wasn’t even cook all the way and shrimp taste so old never again

The coconut shrimp and the cheese wontons are a must try here. They were fairly new so I decided to order them and I am not disappointed.

This honestly was really a nice place and I'm glad I decided to go over there for lunch yesterday. Food was nice and tasty, I really enjoyed the combo B with black pepper chicken and orange chicken also the chicken was really good. Would go back again.

I guess there was a new person today. So he was a bit confused. I definitely won't hold that against them as he was just getting acclimated to everything. But my rice was old. This was a first... so meh. But I was hungry so I was like grrrr.

Worst experience not only did they have bad service the fries were horrible as if they were sitting and rewarmed the bread was hard and the sprite from the machine was horrible .
