I've been hearing about this place on how good it is from friends, so I decided to give it a try with still trying to watch my girlish figure... lol So to my understanding they sell tacos, hence the name Taco House. Lol. But they do sell other things like burritos and enchiladas. It's located on the back side of the strip mall. There is parking. It's not the best looking place from the outside as a first impression. So ambiance.... In my Mafia voice, "forget about it" lol Anywho, as I approached the entrance there's seating out front to wait fir your order. It only fit about 3 people so you may have to stand and wait. There are seats inside to eat but not sure if allowed to sit there to wait. The girl at the counter did not greet me with a smile. She had no expression at all. She was polite and professional. I ordered two tacos, one shrimp and one carne asada. The have different options to choose from such as asada, pastor, carnitas, ground beef, chicken, shrimp etc...you also get to choose if you want your taco shell crispy or soft, but they only use corn tortillas. You also get the option of mild, medium or hot sauce. It took about 5-10 minutes as they were a little crowded at the time. I went when school had just gotten out , which probably added to my wait time because they were a little busy. But nonetheless the wait wasn't long at all. Shrimp taco; could of been hotter, shrimp was seasoned well and flavorful. It had cheese lettuce and tomatoes. Tasty Carne Asada taco: meat flavor was okay , could of been hotter. Taco a tad bit greasy. It too came with lettuce tomato and cheese. I ate both and I will be back to try other options

We ordered combination plates; Taco's, rice & beans. Food is good but a spoon full of rice and beans was disappointing for the price=$11/plate. The "To Go" plate should be overflowing with rice and beans.

Not much to work with at this taco joint. I ordered the wet burrito with salsa verde and it was "meh" to say the least. My stomach also hurt a lot after I finished the meal which I didn't appreciate. Customer service is mediocre. I always wondered how a business owner who should take pride in his shop hires such terrible service workers. If you're not happy at your job then look for another am I right? Thumbs down for House of Tacos. Also, horchata was terrible. Tasted like I was drinking puro pinche lechera.

We usually order from here because everything tastes so good. Just wanted to let you know our order was incorrect today. I ordered on DoorDash and we were missing our chips/salsa. Additionally, my husband ordered 2 hard tacos but got 2 soft ones instead.

Had my usual nachos ground beef with everything including guacamole, then fries. Then I put the fries on top. Haha! The horchata and smoothies are great and their service they have a family business I'm sure I always talk to the guy there and the girl the cook is great too. A table is the only problem that open window look is weak I vote for a new locator for you all!

I have no idea who is giving this place anything less than 5 stars on food! But they are hating, period. I am someone that can do without eating tacos. I'm not a fanatic. But I came in here yesterday (slightly disappointed I couldn't sit down in there but it's definitely more than ok) and was only supposed to order 3 tacos. I got 5 hard shell wishing that I would've gotten 6...chorizo 1, shrimp 2, and fish 2... smashed immediately.

Grew up going here and the service was never as bad and rude as it is now. The service is extremely rude and doesn't make the food taste any better. Tacos are great but I'd rather take my support where's there's respectful service.

I come here almost every week yet I'm still greeted with an attitude by either cashier. The cooks act as if their actually incompetent with making food hot and ready. Don't come here unless you want a nice 5/10 cold taco or burrito.

Soooooooo bomb. They are always very good but honestly they need to learn how to drain the grease from there meat because it makes the shells vey soggy if you don't eat it right away. Customer service is really shot but like I said the food is amazing.

Only 1 visit but I'm giving it 5 stars, I'll update later after trying it again. I got 3 hard shell tacos , 1 ground beef, 1 chicken, and 1 shrimp. All were bomb , the chicken was slightly salty but not to much to ding them for, Both the mild and hot salsa were very good . The only thing I would say to make these hard tacos better spiel he if they did just the cheddar instead did the Mexican blend

Went here with my grandma was surprised with all the service they get tacos were good. Ask for sour cream and cilantro didn't receive it but other than that tacos were great asada was ok the best one was the chicken to me. Will return but will check my food next time make sure I have my sour cream and cilantro lol.

I heard this spot had the best nachos ever. I decided to try it out along with some friends, well I can say among our group the consensus was we've had better. I got the carne asada fries, 2 had the chicken nachos, and 1 had a burrito so a variety of food and still I can't give anything more than 3 stars. The meats were either too salty or too tough and the presentation was lacking because the containers they use allow for sticking and peeling. That's a no-no in my book.

I ordered from this place based on the reviews, and I was very disappointed. I ordered two ground beef tacos and nachos. The meat taste like canned ground beef, it was awful . The nachos had very little cheese with the Same awful ground beef I I won't ever order again, total waste of my time and $$
