This place could use some work in several areas. We walked in and got seated fairly quick, it was busy which is why I tried to give them grace when it came to how fast we got our food. We had a few different request when we ordered our food, like replacements and gluten free options. When our food came out we were missing our bacon, we got pancakes instead of the replacement we had asked for (hashbrowns) and a protein powder option for the separate pancakes we got instead of gluten free option. Our waiter did not come to refill our drinks, check on us, or offer anything else. Another waiter came to check on us because he saw us looking around for help. The employees are kind but there’s some work to be done to actually deliver a full good experience.

We went after hours 12am, so it wasn’t busy. The food was good but the service was not good at all. We saw the waiter ( Lium) once the whole time we were there. After we got our drinks he never checked on our table again. We had the ask another waitress for a cup a water. Then when it we wanted to pay we had to asks the other waitress again if she could please get us our check, and she very politely said that for that we had to ask the waiter that was assigned to our table. 15 mins later Lium decided to show up with our check, and at this point we just got up and payed at the front because waiting for him was not going to happen.

Very bad service, we waited almost 10 mins for an employee to come up front to seat us, Once the server brought our food we didn't see him again, didn't check on us or get refills or even bring our check, we had to go find him and he was talking with another table just chatting. He just said ready to pay no apologies for not checking on us.
