I usually go to the Ihop on Sepulveda and Manchester but decided to go to this location because its the closest to me. Everything was going good our waitress came with our drinks as soon as she walked away I noticed I didn’t get any straws so I politely asked a different waitress named Graciela and she gave me a nasty attitude she looked so bother to provide what I had requested. I understand she wasnt my waitress but I don’t see why the attitude. I really hope management really takes the time to speak to their employees about customer service. Nobody wants to pay to get treated with attitude.

Had to wait 10 mins prior to some one coming back to the front to take our reservation. Then another 10 to be seated. Food was ok although asked for extra crispy hash browns and for the same as every one else. Went to check out at the front and was told I had to wait for my server since apparently there where issues prior to where she wanted to ensure her checkouts. This also took another 5 or so mins of acwardly waiting. Seams there a bit under staffed. It was nice that they had complimentary valet parking however the parking lot had plenty of open spots and not sure how nessacary it really was.

Although this Ihop is in a high traffic area due to the Intuit Dome, Sofi Stadium & Nokia Forum, this location unfortunately has no sense of urgency. Just to be seated takes awhile! Due to it's location, management should insure to having a full staff, both in the kitchen & on the floor. We only noticed 1 waitress & multiple employees standing in the back. It's unfortunate that this Ihop is closet to us but we always decide to travel further away to another location. Hopefully it gets a better

My daughter & I stopped in for dinner on Saturday night to grab dinner before a concert. My daughter loves ihop and said it might be the best one she has been to. The food was great but our waitress is what earned the 5 star review. Miranda was so sweet and attentive! She was very nice and all around great energy!

Hostess deleted our names from the wait list. Waiter got our order wrong. The food was cooked poorly. I had to find someone to get our check. I would not recommend this IHOP. It gives the brand a bad image.

Worst IHOP i visited. The service was bad, the food was trash. At the beginning we ordered biscuits with cream cheese. when the waiter brought it, it was biscuits with cheesecake cream and when we asked why? She said this is the only cheese we have. When she brought the check we asked her to remove it cause this is not what we asked for. At the end we,didn’t know where should we pay the waiter said at the counter, the counter said at the cashier, the cashier said with the waiter and we were standing in the middle of the restaurant confused where to pay. Not to mention the quality of food, it is not the same as the IHOP i used to know.
