Had to wait 10 mins prior to some one coming back to the front to take our reservation. Then another 10 to be seated. Food was ok although asked for extra crispy hash browns and for the same as every one else. Went to check out at the front and was told I had to wait for my server since apparently there where issues prior to where she wanted to ensure her checkouts. This also took another 5 or so mins of acwardly waiting. Seams there a bit under staffed. It was nice that...
My daughter & I stopped in for dinner on Saturday night to grab dinner before a concert. My daughter loves ihop and said it might be the best one she has been to. The food was great but our waitress is what earned the 5 star review. Miranda was so sweet and attentive! She was very nice and all around great energy!
We had an excellent experience thanks to our waitress, Cecilia She was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it really showed in the way she served us.
The owners are lucky to have someone like her on their team — she represents the restaurant beautifully. I hope they truly value her, because service like that is what keeps customers coming...
