It's Jack's in the Box. I get the #22 breakfast sausage croissant with a vanilla iced coffee. It was all hot and delicious! The service was quick and the food was hot. But, why do they tell you to not to come all the way to the window, and have you wait for some minutes, then wave for you to pull up to the window? Can anyone anwer that question? I don't understand that at all. I need to watch you get my order ready.

You guys knowingly gave me cold food. Smiled all friendly like, took my money and gave me cold tacos that have been sitting around, cheese wasn't even melted. Shame on you guys!! This is how people get food poisoning. Now I know why the heavy set guy in the red shirt was smiling and made it a point to see who the guy working the window was giving the food to. I'm not calling or wasting my time and gas going back to correct your deliberate act of disgusting habits. I don't trust that this is an isolated incident based on other reviews, matter of fact I'm quite sure of it. What made your crew think that this was ok to do? Did you think that I wouldn't notice? Not smart.

I have visited this Jack in the Box countless times and have always been able to place two separate orders without issue. However, during my recent visit, when I asked for this, the cashier shrugged his shoulders, said he didn’t know, and blamed it on his manager.
When I requested to speak with the manager and for corporate contact information, the cashier again shrugged and told me to wait while he spoke to another employee, who then provided me with a false number. This not only felt dismissive but highly unprofessional.
The second order I was trying to place was for another individual, who ultimately asked me to cancel after hearing how unprofessional the cashier was. This experience was completely unacceptable and left me feeling as though the behavior stemmed from either laziness or prejudice.

Hey Jack in the box it was my first time at this restaurant and the atmosphere was good but the service took a little bit long. But the food was like a 💯 the Jumbo Jack taste 👅 like a 💯 especially the 8 chicken 🐓 nuggets were so good 😊 cooked up well 💯. the ice 🧊 coffee ☕️ was good 👍 as well. But I have a problem when I got my receipt 🧾 I saw the price of the food and so I think this is way too much to overpriced for some good food and I’m just upset 😢. I’ve better get the tacos 🌮 next time it’s not that expensive and not much money 💴 too spend as well thanks Jack in the 📦 box.
