Slow is all that can be described about this location let alone the flies infesting the dine in area and the clearly incompatible crew behind the counter. Stick to drive thru but even then the service is about the same. 15 minutes almost 17 minutes waiting on an order they forgot to make.

This is the best Jack in the Box I have ever visited. I go to many Jack-in-the-Box locations, but this one stands out as the best in terms of appearance, cleanliness, management, service, food, and prices.
What impressed me the most was when I requested a custom sandwich, as I often do. They made it perfectly, just as I would have if I had the time.
When nature called, I appreciated the buzzer for the restroom door, which usually irritates me. However, this restroom was so clean that I was grateful for the system. The owner and management of this store deserve to be commended.

I just ordered banana french toast curly fries & mini tacos at 130am 3/25/25 & this sht is fire LOL. fresh well packaged piping hot. I never had jack in the box & never understood the hype but im impressed. Ty for feeding me, had a painful long day bro.

Everyone was very happy and the people were fight on time with the order and very friendly i love going there and always give me what special needs that i order they with no attitude on my order very nice and clean
I went there and the soda was bad The lady made fun of me in Spanish not knowing I spoke Spanish This was at 1/8/25 at 1:11am It’s not cool that I am paying someone and they talk down to me

Bad customer service, I literally placed an order pick up & the employee told me 3 times to wait , someone is going to help me out. Knowing the bag was already ready, she just had to grab it & pass it to me. Instead she made me wait. Are you serious bro, make me wait when my food is already done & already in a bag with my name on it. Wake up!

Drive thru was a horrible experience. The "greeting" is a lazy "ha canna help u" ? How about an energetic voice saying "welcome to Jack in the box how can I help you today", or "hi, welcome to Jack may I please take your order?", that used to be the greeting back in the good ol days. Now it's lazy teens that don't even want to be there. I ordered sauce and I'm willing to pay for it. They want to charge even for the sauce that should be included with your purchase. But the girl said she gave me sauce because "she's being super nice to me". C'mon! I'm paying for the food! I'm not asking any favors! I hope the owner checks out the reviews and takes action. Maybe they don't give training anymore to employees. But even without training, common sense and kindness should be part of the qualifications for customer service employees. We have a Jim's burger just around the corner, so I have no intentions of coming back to Jack. I used to come here also because of nostalgia, I worked at Jack back in 2003-2006. But there's nothing left of those great days for the restaurant. Now it's decadent and sad.

stopped by for a quick breakfast and the food was fresh, ice coffee was delicious:) our cashier was super sweet recommending items on the menu since we were from our of town ! we didn’t feel rushed and loved this spot ?
