What an unpleasant experience, the burger is disgusting ?, the meat ? seems boiled with no taste of anything, in addition to being reheated they serve it cold, the ? doesn't even melt, it takes 30 seconds to prepare it, it seems like they already had it ready waiting for you that a hungry Christian showed up, the potatoes ? from 1 to 10 I give it a 7, the rest is pure garbage ?️, think twice before going there, unless you have no taste in your palate, I will never return, horrible ???????

There's a lady on the inside eating.... But the drive thru is closed but it says it opened 24 hours. I work graveyard and I was really hungry... Due to me working Overnights... There's not many options open for to choose from ... This is the second time I've come here and they locked all the doors and we could clearly see employees inside

I’m not one to do this but this jack in the box was horrible. The people working here extremely rude and without manners. They gave us the wrong item through drive thru so I had to go inside to order the correct one. I ordered with some teenage boy that just punched in what we want and left. Others had to get his attention so he could finish our order. The word Manners did not exist in this jack in box. Food was good but all the workers were mean.

For a 24hr restaurant, they certainly are closed at certain times during the day. I ordered a simple combo through the website for a pick up at drive through. Only to get to the restaurant, and realized that drive-thru was closed. So I proceeded to the door, and again closed. Knocked on the door, the lady was eating, and ignored me. Knocked again and she told me to call the restaurant! So I did. No one answered. The lady came to the door and said, it's closed because they didn't have staff. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was on his/her lunch and never came to the door. Waited 15 minutes, and left without my order or my refund. Very bad customer service, and I'll definitely tell my friends and colleagues to not go there.

I called on behalf of the City of Inglewood as well as the South Bay Workforce Investment Board to invite you to a large-scale Job fair that is happening November 4th at the Inglewood Library. This will be an amazing opportunity for job seekers and the promotion of this Job fair will be shown own 15 billboards around the City.The male who just picked up was very rude and hung up on me. I even went so far as to call back, but He refused to answer the phone. Very curious customer service practices. I expected more from a such a huge national chain. Do better.

You like getting ripped off and have people not take ownership. This is the place. Manager Susan needs management training. Always check your receipts to make sure you are being charged accordingly. I had to dispute a simple transaction because the manager Susan couldn't verify that I ordered ONE Jr. jumbo jack which should have been less than $5.00; instead i was charge for two whole meals totaling up to $28.00. I gave her my time of the visit so she can check the cameras and confirm that i was handed one small bag that contained one simple order- instead of a whole meal. Till this day, she's been avoiding me. Had to dispute the transaction over their unethical practice.
