Service was good but when I ordered my Bacon double jack I realized it only had 1 patty instead of two. Burger was as big as a mcdonalds cheeseburger.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Jack's was far from good. The burger bun was stale, and the fries and tacos were overly hard, like they had been sitting around too long. To make matters worse, the employee didn’t seem interested in offering any kind of friendly service—she just flatly asked, 'What do you want?' It was really disappointing
The worst customer service it’s not worth eating here. They have an issue giving you ranch I suspect that it’s cause the employees use it for their own lunch, but they ration you out the ranch. It’s like they want you to argue about it so they can refuse you service. Also only Spanish people work here so be prepared for a language barrier, and they will get your order wrong, but the food is edible.
