Chicken sandwiches were great, fresh, and hot. The fries on the other end were cold hard, and stale. It was too much traffic to return and get fresh fries 😒. Also the wait was longer than expected for the drive through.

So far I've been here about 4 times and I just LOVE IT!!! I love Jack's chicken sandwiches and feel like the taste had gone away throughout the years but this one makes them so good! The service is fast and great! Staff has been amazing so far! Super nice and professional. And Secondly my order is always right abs never missing anything🙏🏼 will make an update if there are any changes.
Lately I've been craving their sourdough breakfast combos. Glad that breakfast items are sold all day.

Food was good. Asked for a Jr Jumbo Jack, she asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. Thank God I’m not allergic to cheese. She also asked me if I wanted ketchup, I said yes. No ketchup. Just ask for the opposite of what you want lol.

They gave me the wrong order and my burger was dry. i choked on it my lettuce was hot like they warmed it in a microwave and the bread was hard asf

Mummy taco had mayo, instead of cheese and bacon. I don't like substitutes! I been going to this Jack Box (Imperial & Crenshaw) for 40yrs! Now they are banned for life. FYI, i loved the mummy taco at all other JackBox in area.
