Date of Visit: October 31, 2025 Location: Jack in the Box, 1220 Centinela Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302 Employee Name: Bernarbe Dear Jack in the Box Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience I had at your Inglewood location on Centinela Avenue on October 31, 2025. The employee who served me, named Bernarbe, was extremely rude and dishonest during my visit. I ordered a Sweet Cream Iced Coffee, but when I received it, it was clear it was just a regular iced coffee without the sweet cream. When I questioned it, instead of explaining that the location might not carry that item, Bernarbe insisted that it was sweet cream and argued with me. I have ordered this drink from other Jack in the Box locations before, so I know what it should look and taste like. I later called the store to request the regional manager’s contact information, and Bernarbe himself answered. He first claimed to be the regional manager, then changed his story and said he was the store manager. He refused to provide any name or contact information for a higher-level manager. This behavior is dishonest, unprofessional, and not what I expect from a Jack in the Box representative. Lying to customers and refusing accountability reflects very poorly on the company. I’m disappointed with how I was treated and would appreciate this matter being looked into. Please confirm that this complaint has been received and let me know if any follow-up will occur. Went here for a late night meal with my boyfriend, he was fine all day until he ate what we bought here. We went to the hospital the next day and they told him he had E.Coli. This place is gross never coming here again.

Pulled up to jack n the box around 4:52pm entering the drive thru. As Jasmine A took my order everything was correct, she gave me my drinks and sent me to the waiting lot, stating my food was just dropped they will bring it out. So as I finally received my food I had to remind the waiter she didn’t give me my change. So she sent me away to keep my change of $9 and then gave me stale fries with a dry burger and no cheese when I said no mayo. 🤦🏽♀️

This Jack in the Box is in Inglewood, City off the Champions! Sitting on Centinela Blvd., one block from La Brea if you heading east and 3 or 4 blocks from La Cienega if you heading west. Pristine directions :)
It's Jack in the Box - fast food at It's finest. My offspring eat here. Their go to's are - Plain Chicken Sandwich Plain Hamburger French Fries Mini Tacos & Regular Tacos Jalapeno Poppers
All things teenagers can eat w/o repercussions. The youthful years.
They don't complain about the food and from my observations, they enjoy it because they eat it all.
Service is good given the short interaction with an employee verifying the Postmate order. The food is ready quickly and haven't had any discrepancies with orders. This is a newer location, maybe a year or two old. Inside and outside are well-maintained.

I wasted gas going through the drive-through because I wanted to try the waffle sticks. As you can see in the picture, they looked overcooked—very dark and burnt, almost like they had been refried. I even squeezed one in front of the manager to show how hard it was. At first, he told me, “That’s how they come.” I didn’t even ask for a refund—I was hungry and simply asked if they could cook them normally. I said, “If this is how they’re supposed to be, I’ll take a refund, but if not, I’d be happy to take a properly cooked order.” He then decided to just give me a refund.

Slowest service location in all of California employees not friendly at all and they close after 2am and re-open around 5am this location is not 24hrs employees leave everything on but when you drive up they say it's a break or lunch but take from 2hrs-3hrs lunch not sure if corporate is aware of this drive through line is about 20min a car
