I just went there 30 min ago on 8/6/24. There was 2 employees and one that looked like the supervisor in the back . Was NOT greeted , it was not busy, just one person ahead of me , when the employee finished with the customer in front, he turned around knowing I was in line. then another family came in to wait, didn’t greet them either. He proceeded to slurp on a drink on the side and started a whole conversation with his coworker like no one was in the store . The family of 3 even looked at me puzzled like they did not know what was going on. Non of the 2 employees said a word. One of them was hispanic and overweight, the other was black and underweight with braids. After 5 min he kept slurping on his drink and left the store . The Hispanic said nothing and kept on ignoring us . Even the supervisor came and said nothing . I left . This was the worst Jamba Juice I have ever encountered. I hope corporate reads this, because this type of work ethic is unacceptable!

We waited a long time for my order. The girl was drowsy, all disheveled and slow. The boy very slow. And all of us who were there were angry. They didn't give me my juices as it was on the menu and so did the bowl. Very bad service.

I always come to this location because it's the nearest to my job. Unfortunately, they always skimp on the smoothies. By the time it's handed to a customer, it's not even a smoothie anymore its all watery. It's not the employees' fault, they need more help.

Horrible customer service we were pretty much ignored until we made sure we let them know we are ready to order. Then my 5 year old son had to use the restroom but the door is locked and asked if they had a key and was told restrooms are only for employees. What kind of place will not let a 5 year old use the restroom. Good thing In-N-Out was nearby and walked over there. Won't be back for sure

Please fix your hours
It says you close at 830p. Came at 7:17 p.m., and the doors were locked. Hours are posted that Sundays close at 7pm. But the website said 830p

Horrible service. Walked in and the. Server/manager did not acknowledge any of us. Server/manager was with another guest having a fullBlown conversation. When she was doné she skipped us and served another guest. When she finally did acknowledge us she was mumbling and then said could not take ourorder starting that we wereMumbling yet, she was the one who was mumbling under her breath while we repeated our order multiple times to her. Then she got upset saying we were mumbling, no we were not. We kept telling her what we wanted in clear English and yet she couldNot get it together.She then said “I can have someone come andMeet you right now “ was that a threat ?I AskedFor the manager and she said she was the manager stating she won’t take our order. Someone needs to teach this server or manager on customer service skillsAnd on communication. Horrible and poor customer serviceThe picture is the manager or server.

I wish I could give a lower report. The girl with her hat on and her friend sitting on the counter had the overall impression that they didn't care to be there nor did they even have a care for the orders. They stole $10 and didn't give me my order correctly. I asked for the manager and they just told me to contact support. Useless people...

Place got worst over the years!!! I walk in all 3 employees are sitting on the countertop on their phones with earphones on and Hella attitude. My drink was 8.49 I gave him 20.50 and he gave me back 11.01. I told him he gave me back the wrong amount and he tried to argue that he didn’t.

Went to this location to get a shot of fresh wheat grass, and the store representative went into the refrigerator to retrieve a bottle of already prepared wheat grass. I was disappointed.

Lime Flavored Bleach

The black girl working there had a horrible attitude and decided to charge me $10 for a small drink which I know for a fact costs $6. Didn’t buy anything as she was pressuring me to order and to top it off, her coworkers were gossiping about me and other customers in line. While laughing and making faces at us. Will definitely not recommend this Jamba Juice as the one in El Segundo is much cleaner and less ratchet people working there. Horrible experience
