The only reason that I gave it a one star rating is because there is nothing lower that I can give. The chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. I tend not to leave negative reviews unless they are deserved and believe me, in this case it is deserved. Be forewarned, I recommend that you don't waste your money buying ANYTHING from this establishment.

I made an order at KFC Rosecrans /South Vermont brach tonight, 07/07 at around 8:00 pm. One associate name CARLA was very disrespectful and made fun of me.Since she can’t understand my simple English instruction, instead of being courteous enough to ask for clarifications, I heard her laughing on the voice over.When i confronted her as to she was naking fun of me and instead of being apologetic, she continued laughing and was pointing to one other associate as the one she was laughing at.Is this the standard customer service that we deserve with being loyal customer of KFC ? How disgraceful !

KFC has been a dimly favorite since 1900 baby! Their chicken is next level bro! No doubt they have tons of customers and business. I would say that everything on the menu looks amazing. Usually my stomach is WAY bigger than my eyes and I mistake the best food for nothing. KFC brings that home quality. Fresh, delicious, finger-licking good!

New to the area. I have been here twice with my wife and both times have been great. Fresh, hot food was very delicious. Customer service was friendly. Fries are awesome.
Drive thru guy has an attitude since the start smh. I knw he hates his job but thats on him. Bad attitude and i only got 4 chicken nuggets on my famous bowl smh. Go to the one by el camino college or anywhere tbh but this one is complete trash. Idk how that dic.k head has been there that long. Always miss something or get order wrong or cold. Jst hit five guys across 1000% better!!

Basically no Honey BBQ Sauce on these hot 12 Kentucky Fried Wings. Do better imperial store . I asked for bbq wings and they are normally covered in sauce but it seems like this batch barely had enough to cover the entire wing !

I'm in a wheelchair and fighting CANCER currently. I stopped here to get some food for later when I could Eat. NOW I repeated my order to the Young Man 4 time's ??! Then My EBT card wouldn't Read. So the manger had to come and assist us. She was completely not EMPATHETIC to My situation at all ?????????⁉️Now I didn't check my food before I left because I really needed to get home! WAS feeling SICK!UPON checking my food later everything Was completely wrong! I called the restaurant and nothing was RESOLVED!PLEASE TALK TO THE STAFF ON BEING A LITTLE MORE SENSITIVE TO THE DISABLED
