The flavor was mid the sausage wasn’t cut up didn’t offer peeled shrimp. They were out of Chicken Fish and Gumbo. The drink machines were all out of service and the staff was rude and condescending I asked questions and he played clueless. Just go anywhere else but here.

Had Flies in the restaurant then they were out of Fish Chicken and Gumbo the restaurant was empty but the wait was 40 minutes tried to use DoorDash originally but it said it was closed so drove down there just for the staff to be rude and not helpful. They don’t give lime and lemon like the other seafood restaurants no napkins or bags clear plastic bags just black swapmeet bags and black trays. All the drink machines were out of order. Was scared to even ask about the deserts because everything else was sold out. The drink machines looked dirty and disheveled.

I bought the Largest Gumbo and it cost around $20+tax. It was just ok- edible , nothing special. The flavor was so-so. I could have made this and I don't know how to cook. Very disappointed. These fake good reviews were Super Cap ?!

Customer SERVICE HORRIBLE. YOUNG African American homosexual guy in the front very unpleasant. Was told the wait time would be 20-25 mins the order took about an hour! Meanwhile waiting on ordering trying to see an update and what’s going on I ask and clarify with associate at front. He was so snobby and arrogant it was ridiculous ? I will never recommend. First time coming here not so good. Wish I would have just kept passing it. I see why I haven’t went in after they’ve been open this long period of time.

Hello, while I've seen some good reviews and some bad, I had to try it for myself. What a waste of time, space, energy and wipes. YES I SAID WIPES! I'm sitting here right now with my family and we've been waiting in our for since 1245. Makes no since. We weren't greeted when we came in, the guy behind the counter was talking to someone about a TV series and didn't acknowledge us at all. The place smelled like seasoning from a few days ago and I was done. Mind you I love spending my Black Dollars but, I would rather have eaten at Rally's than be here. This was my family's choice, definitely not mine. My cousin ordered Gator and it was cold as it hit the table, that means the food was done but sitting. Nope! What's the purpose of seasoning the lobster tail, it's not to be eaten. They had, NO Lemons, NO Ice for the drinks (we had to go to the .99 store), NO dressing for the salad, the tables and chairs were dirty. Out of 6 of us, only 2 plates had been brought out. Im saddened to tell the truth.

I drove all the way from Portland Oregon to Los Angeles for my experience to be let down by being served over cooked dinner. I had a pretty good wait time but not too shabby impressive 45mins for the amount that I order which doesn’t help me understand why it was over cooked. Customer service was ok he wasn’t able to help with any decisions or tips on food.Parking: If there is parking in front that’s a blessing but typically everyone parks in the 99cent store parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It’s very kid friendly they just don’t have any play area for kids but great home hospitality.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible for the restroom & entrance

Wasn't this Kway's business downtown LA? I'm wondering because I ate at krab queenz before. The food was above average food, it was tasty no complaints, but I see they moved to Inglewood. I give them 4 stars for bringing seafood to the table. My fav dish is the fried catfish fried shrimp. Yummmm.
