So my friend and I looked for the best Mexican Restaurant near So-Fi to eat at before game.
La Fonda came up with a 4.6 rating.
We go in, stand there unacknowledged for a little bit, then a woman comes out of the kitchen and leads us to the dining room.
The dining room is maybe half full, if that, doesn't look busy at all.
We sat there for approximately 15 minutes and nobody so much as looked at us. It was as if we were invisible!
So we left, passing the woman who led us to the dining room initially on our way out. She appeared to be having a casual conversation with a group of people, and just let us walk out, not saying anything to us.
The friend I was with also wrote a review, and the person who replied claimed there was a medical emergency going on while we were there.
Don't know how she knew when we were there, but there was no indication of any emergency while we were there.

I loved this place! Frances has great customer service and is very patient. I had gorditas and omg, ilI really enjoyed my food, so did my husband and son. The Cafecito hit the spot 🤤

Best breakfast I’ve had since moving from downtown. The mother is absolutely a gem and she was very present making sure we had everything we needed.
The food shrimp enchiladas were delicious! The salsa and bean dip was also very good! The staff was so kind & helpful.
