This Michoacana location USE TO BE my favorite because of the great customer service and their paleta de leche quemada con fresas. This paleta I was told by the owner is exclusive to the location which added to my favoritism. Two days ago I was really craving an esquite and some tostilocos so I visited the location and was extremely dissatisfied from the moment I walked in. Posted right when you enter is a hand written sign stating that they no longer honor the rewards point system which in the past has saved me $5-$10 off my purchase which does make a difference. I asked for a regular esquite no hot Cheetos and no lime, but I still tasted lime. Their tostilocos now don't have mango instead they come with cucumber and jícama. The cueritos were EXTREMELY chewy, made me question if they were old. I asked for the chamoy that's not spicy and I don't know if they didn't have any so the girl used the spicy one but added only about 3 squirts of it. The tostilocos were dry, and I really doubt that they use a whole bag of tostitos now because I was only able to get two whole tostitos out of the portion I ate. I will unfortunately have to visit a different location from now on.
Had the agua fresca de mango and orange juice. Was really good!! Was crowded but workers were fast and friendly. Clean in the inside as well!
Super nice, great selection of fruit ice cream and drinks and inexpensive Lunch Items .
The girls that work here either don't like working here or they aren’t good at customer service. They are so rude specially the one with “blonde hair” today I went to get some Tostilocos and I specifically asked no cueritos. I got home and I had cueritos. I went back to get them done right and she gave me the meanest look. I’ll stick to La Pasadita on Arbor Vitae. The girls there are super friendly and kind.
So delicious! Best agua loca I've had!
As a family, we really like coming for an ice cream at this place, the flavor is one of the richest we have eaten here in LA and they have a lot of variety, the place is small but cute and the girls serve very well. I only give it 4 stars because they don't have much experience dipping ice cream wafers in chocolate and they don't look good on them but they are still tasty and not expensive😋👍I recommend!!
Everything was very delicious, and excellent customer service.
Great ice cream, smoothes.

I love everything they offer, and I've tried every single item since they opened. It's super convenient and within walking distance. I went on Sunday and purchased various items, but I was particularly drawn to the tamales. I bought four and was excited to get home. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The tamale was dry, and it didn't come with any salsa. It was basically just masa with a piece of chicken. I would have preferred to have either green or red salsa with it, but I understand that some people might like it that way; it’s just my opinion. Next time, I'll try the champurrado and share my thoughts on that as well.

The ice cream was exceptionally delicious, bursting with a variety of flavors. I am grateful to the young lady for her patience in allowing me to sample different flavors until I found the one that suited my taste. I will certainly return to this establishment whenever my desire for ice cream arises.

Excellent customer service💓
Vegetarian options: I always get the guanabana sorbet and the passionfruit sorbet. I also get the agua fresca, fruit bowls and dairy-free Popsicles 🥰
Parking: There's a small-ish parking lot, but it is shared with the laundromat. I never have had a hard time finding parking here.
