I've had to report this problem to the Inglewood Department of Health for loud mildew hazardous order in women's restroom. It hasn't been resolved yet since filing a complaint March 22, 2024. Over a period of 3 months before filing a complaint, I wouldn't be surprised if someone developes a serious medical condition or a lawsuit is file.Hopefully, something will be done. CITY OF CHAMPIONS?

The problem I have at this McDonalds location is the Menu board through the drive through doesn’t work. Every time I go through the drive through the Menu screen isn’t working.

Sigh….It is to the point where now you literally have to take your items out of your bag and check your food despite them tagging it for any customizations or alterations. Simply telling them you don’t want something is impossible. It’s not just this location but both of the stores on century and even the location on imperial and Hawthorne. Maybe it’s an Inglewood issue but to anyone visiting just check your food before you leave THOROUGHLY. You’ve been warned.

The service was horrible, and the staff was rude, including the manager. They're awful and not able to do their jobs. When I called the regional person on the store, I never heard back. So needless to say, I don't advise anyone to go there. I won't be back if it's the last McDonald's standing. I'll buy Burger King!!

Parking: Drive thru line blocks the entrance when it gets busy. Parking is hard because there is only one theres 2 lot entrances and only one order line. Needless to say a lot of conflict between customers.

Always decide to roll their eyes or act like they are sooooooo distraught to have to do their job. I don't even ask for anything extra. Just a Big Mac and they forget it half the time.
