Every single time I go to this McDonald's there's an issue. Even with a mobile order I'm always told to wait by the railing for at least 5+ minutes even if there is customers in line or if its completely empty. Both drive through menus are broken and blacked out. Food wrong all the time. Sub par quality.Today I placed an order online and get to the restaurant there is caution tape blocking both drive throughs and a note saying there are temporarily closed for the rest of the day despite still being able to order online? I had to go to century to get my food. I won't be going here again. Tell me why I see people in the drive through after I come back home less than 15 minutes later?! What the hell?! And I love very close. Don't come here. I've had enough bad experiences for it to turn me off from this location completely.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Service with little traffic looked like during rush hour. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. The toilet is opened by the staff and they didn't even have time to do that, just press the button. The toilet itself was dirty. The food was very average and the fries were lukewarm without salt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I’m literally a collector, I did the right thing to order my food & some dude just got 7 pokemon cards without ordering food. They wouldn’t sell to me. I’m never going back here. The cashier mest up. Send her home . That’s a slap to my face!!!

Why hasn’t anyone fixed the screens at the drive thru? Management is being lazy. I can’t see if my order is right until I get to the window. It’d be nice to SAVE TIME at the screen instead of having to redo my whole order at the window.

Idk what happened to this place , but it s a dump, restrooms out of service, playroom super hot and dirty , customer service is bad . Only one old lady helped out with what she could. Food took way too long to come out. Just a bad atmosphere .

Often they will skip you if you're on the 2nd order intercom and just keep taking orders from the 1st
Not exactly the best McDonald's. The burgers were prepared subpar and the breakfast was also better in other McDonald's.

This McDonald's place is very unorganized. The employees are impolite. There are no drink stations, and if you want a refill, you have to wait in line for someone to show up at the counter and refill your drink. No napkins in sight, and if you wanna dine in, they dont provide trays for you. For self-service kiosks, there are no table locators, so you just have to put a random number when ordering. The food quality is also one of the worst I have ever had at any McDonald's.
