If I could give zero stars I would but of course it’s McDonald’s. You get what you pay for. Spent $30 for 2 apple pies, a Big Mac bundle, a hot n spicy mc chicken, a 4 piece nugget happy meal & a medium coke. Arrived home to find out we were never given our sauces for the bundle nor happy meal. Had asked for apple slices for the happy meal and was given extra fries instead. And once I opened up my 10 piece nuggets I found one that looked like it was dropped to the floor, scraped, and then put back into the box with the other nuggets.

Came in to find a dead body laying outside the front door. Then I ordered with the app, followed all the instructions about giving the table number…30 mins later I asked and the order was sitting on their shelf?? Don’t go here!!

I've never encountered a manager with such a horrible attitude and lack of professionalism as Noreida Her behavior toward both customers and employees is completely unacceptable rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. This isn't the first time l've seen her act this way, and it's truly disappointing that someone like this is in a management position. Her behavior creates a toxic atmosphere for everyone. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I won't ever be coming back to this location again.

Bought food that was supposed to have monopoly stickers on the food and this is the second time in a row they don’t add it. I use the app so I know what food to buy to participate and bought food specifically to give me the monopoly stickers.Feels like they’re trying to keep them and I’m being cheated out

This place keeps getting worse and worse... I don't see how and why they stay open .... Customer service is the worst, when placing orders they always get it wrong..... This is supposed to be a fast food joint not a slow food joint... Avoid this place like it has the plague
