Tried ordering a couple of menu items and were told they were not available. Ordered a Happy Meal and another item was not available for that. In drive thru we paid and requested receipt to be told they were out of receipt paper. Highly dissatisfied. This is what $20 per hour looks like?

If you’re desperate for food. Or just want you stomach to loosen for a couple days. Look no further than this McDonald’s. Service and work ethic really go out the Window here. It’s just a staff of miserable people who don’t even care about the quality of food they give. The bar is so low for McDonald’s quality too, but yet this location finds a deeper level of low standards. Moving forward I will actively avoid this McDonald’s. Never again.

Coke was really watered down, they had me waiting past the drive way for more than 10 minutes, i had to go inside for my food. I’ve never experienced such bad experience at mcdonald’s like I did at this one.

No one ever works the counter. 12 people all for the drive thru and mopping one floor incessantly.
Not much to say it’s fast food. It’s not like it used to be back in the day where the employees were courteous, kind professional to the customers that was patronizing. The establishment food is good for fast food but when you are one that is conscious about Customer Service and the franchise does not appreciate the ladder you get what you get. you have these young kids that’s just there to get a paycheck so they can really care less on how they treat the customer And that’s unfortunate. so for this location if you like Mickey D’s food that’s hot for the most part by all means grab a nugget or two but if you are looking to have a great service a connection with receiving your food ,definitely go somewhere else!
