This review is Based solely on the service . I waited for 20 mins for a server to approach my table and when he did he only put down silverware . I asked several servers could they help me find my server and they all said they would send them over and nobody approached . After waiting 30 minutes with my mother , my 2 year old Autistic son & my grand father who had just left radiation therapy we got up and left as my son had therapy and if we waited any longer we would have been beyond late .

Came in to grab some breakfast but also felt in the mood for a salad! Both of them were phenomenal but the service of my waitress Sonia! The best!! Food came out quick and delicious!
Steak was a bit flavorless but the soup, salad, wings, Belgian waffle, strips and shake were good. The service was good, our waiter was super cool and friendly, was still attentive even though it was busy. I am mostly satisfied with the service.

Love NORMS, love THIS SPECIFIC one.
Sonia was our server today and we’ve been so lucky to have her wait on us a few times! She always checks in at the exact right times, makes excellent recommendations and is always such a pro and such a joy.

I came in for breakfast and everything was undercooked and made in a rush. Hash browns ,eggs and pancakes were all still raw on the inside. Waitress came and dropped my check as soon she gave me the food and never came back for a coffee refill.
