The worst customer service, on 03/26/25 around 3:30 I went to buy 2 family combos spending a total of $ 115 dollars and I asked for 3-4 plates separately and the manager on duty in a contemptuous manner denied us the plates and treated us in a disrespectful manner, I asked her to sell me regular plates and she said no even if I wanted to pay for them no, I told her that they had always offered me disposable ones and she super pedantic told us no and the girls on duty laughed and it was like a whim of them not wanting to offer us plates ... the manager turned around and left us with the word in our mouths and left laughing ... a person without ethics or kindness much less respect and I consider that as customers we do not deserve that treatment ... because one prefers to look for other restaurants and better service even if the food is good ...

I was eating and the manager was passing by I wanted to ask him a question but I was rudely ignored he comes back I guess to grab a charger because he had to watch his game him watching the game and everyone else working hard he didn't even notice a guy almost died because his sugar was low I my self help the guy out gave him a soda like if I was the manager people like him should not be a leader

Bring That Back!!! I was really looking forward to having the Ono Hawaiian Island Spicy Grilled fish plate today, only to find out that they've discontinued it. As a pescatarian, it's not easy to find good grilled fish options, and Ono had an amazing dish that I enjoyed a few weeks ago. I've been back twice for it, and now it's no longer available. I hope they reconsider and make the grilled fish a permanent menu item.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, especially when it came to the chicken, meat, macaroni salad, and sauces.
