This is my second time coming over here to Uno Hawaiian BBQ on imperial in Inglewood, California. Service is great. There was a guy working cashier named Javier Lopez, Javier was a great cashier and host was very supportive with the team as I can see. I recommend coming to Ono Hawaiian barbecue on imperial in Inglewood. Also the staff was great. My order was just as I asked. Thanks again. Javier your service started my day off.

I’m a regular customer and have always enjoyed the food, but I had a very disappointing experience with the manager Tania recently. I have a documented food allergy and requested a simple substitution for an item I can’t eat. Instead of being accommodating or even understanding, this person refused, when I pushed the matter then she said she can give me more rice? I didn't mind paying extra or whatever had to be done but instead the manager flat-out refused. Mind you, the male manager has NEVER had an issue in the past.
It’s frustrating that a place I support often would treat a loyal customer with so little care, especially when it comes to health-related concerns. Its basic courtesy and flexibility, especially for a legitimate allergy. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider where I spend my money.

Very impressed with the value of the kids meal. The portions were big and the kids meal came with a drink and a dessert very good value and very healthy!
The worst customer service, on 03/26/25 around 3:30 I went to buy 2 family combos spending a total of $ 115 dollars and I asked for 3-4 plates separately and the manager on duty in a contemptuous manner denied us the plates and treated us in a disrespectful manner, I asked her to sell me regular plates and she said no even if I wanted to pay for them no, I told her that they had always offered me disposable ones and she super pedantic told us no and the girls on duty laughed and it was like a whim of them not wanting to offer us plates ... the manager turned around and left us with the word in our mouths and left laughing ... a person without ethics or kindness much less respect and I consider that as customers we do not deserve that treatment ... because one prefers to look for other restaurants and better service even if the food is good ...
