The food is not bad at all. But service is very very slow. I try calling ahead to not wait and they never answer. Wait time is usually 25-40 minutes. No matter how small your order may be.

The food is more expensive and its quality and size are very low, I bought a corn atol that didn't taste like anything, tasteless and sparse and cut, what a bad quality of food they are selling and the worst thing is that everything is more expensive, I hope they improve the quality because I liked the food there

The lenjiuda serves poorly, she forgets to put the bread in the bag and they serve you reluctantly as if she were asking for a gift. Bad attitude. I give them zero in customer service. And they only want to serve men, the steps are workers, not the owners.

The food is very tasty, but sadly most of the times I have arrived it is extremely dirty, the floor is wet, the tables full of crumbs of food, garbage on the floor, etc., they should pay attention to that.

This bakery does not have good customer service, you never encounter pantry...telera, pirulo, I think they just call it bread or French...you ask them why and they answer well, very bad, very poor attention, little education and lack of moral respect

We went on Sunday the 19th to buy tamales but to our disappointment they were sour and hard and the taste was very bad and old they were super old they should change the formula of tamales they were of no use I just returned them because my children threw them away as soon as they were eaten

I love Guatemalan food and this is one of my favorite places. I would say everything is good, fresh and very satisfying portions, just prices are a little high but I hope they do not downgrade the quality of the products. The only complain I have is that I ordered a "rellenito" to go and when I got home I have "huevo revuelto" not rellenito in the bag, so I was very disappointed but anyway I enjoyed everything I bought that they and I do recommend the place. Be there early because they run out of atole de elote quick.

It's a shame that I bought a bagel to share with the family and I didn't have the doll. Next year I bought somewhere else, the tamales I bought were not fresh, they were tasteless, hard and they were just dough.
