The food is not bad at all. But service is very very slow. I try calling ahead to not wait and they never answer. Wait time is usually 25-40 minutes. No matter how small your order may be.
The food is very tasty, but sadly most of the times I have arrived it is extremely dirty, the floor is wet, the tables full of crumbs of food, garbage on the floor, etc., they should pay attention to that.
I love Guatemalan food and this is one of my favorite places. I would say everything is good, fresh and very satisfying portions, just prices are a little high but I hope they do not downgrade the quality of the products. The only complain I have is that I ordered a "rellenito" to go and when I got home I have "huevo revuelto" not rellenito in the bag, so I was very disappointed but anyway I enjoyed everything I bought that they and I do recommend the place....
